It is a full-course meal that kicks off with delightful starters and salads prior to the serving of the mains. This is then followed by a dessert and a beverage of your choice (as part of the set) to round off a satisfying meal at Sufood. Rosemary Breadsticks

Served warm, the Rosemary Breadsticks have a delightful floral scent. Dipping it into the mulberry juice vinegar gives it an added sweet flavour.

Lion’s Mane Mushrooms with Black Pepper Sauce

One of the two new key dishes at Sufood, the Lion’s Mane Mushrooms with Black Pepper Sauce comprises of a largely-cut portion of the health-benefitting monkey head mushroom as the main essence of the dish. It has undergone the process of being carefully soaked, boiled and then fried.

Topping the food item well is a drizzle of the black pepper sauce before it is served to the diner. This piece of treat is flavourful and nutritional at the same time, making it a good replacement for the meat content that is assumed to be required for a main dish.

Classic Stir-fried Garlic Pasta

With pasta being considered a must-have staple in Western cuisine, the inclusion of this dish on Sufood’s menu goes to demonstrate the fusion-vegetarian concept which the restaurant adopts. Digging into the pasta and having multiple chews of it ignites a burst of flavours, with the works of garlic, olive oil and chilli which were mixed into it.

Relating to the health benefits of this dish, Sufood emphasises that garlic is known to improve one’s iron metabolism, and helps to combat the common cold.

Baked Potato Al Funghi

This dish features an interesting presentation of cut pieces of King Oyster Mushrooms drizzled with Italian herb vinaigrette. It is topped with stir-fried button mushrooms and served with a generous portion of baked potato as a rich carbo complement to the savoury pieces of mushroom.
