Step into a beautiful sanctuary at this garden cafe

An establishment owned by homegrown florist Xpressflowers, the full name of the venue is termed “Knots Cafe and Living”, and adopts multiple concepts of being a florist, a cafe, as well as a furniture showroom. With the cafe being located amongst the greens and woods, it is very much an undiscovered garden cafe.

Upon entering the place, you will be greeted by a variety of potted green plants as well as the woody elements of the furniture used in store.

Being a one-stop furniture showroom, almost every item that you see upon your visit is available for sale. These include the tables which you sit at for your meals, but of course, they are for sale at a discounted price.

Not forgetting that this furniture cum florist shop also serves up baked goods, cakes and drinks, let us look at some of the items available on the menu:

Waffles with Ice-cream

The waffles here are available as Plain ($4.30) with butter or maple syrup, or served with single scoop ($7.80) or double scoops of ice-cream ($9.90). A suggested pairing is the charcoal waffle with chocolate mint ice-cream which is both sweet and refreshing.

Banana Gusto ($12.90)

Another recommended trick is to top up your ice-cream waffle with a serving of sliced banana to make it a Banana Gusto.

A quick note that Knots Cafe obtains its ice-cream supplies from Ice Cream Chefs, and incorporates only a selection of interesting flavours which include chocolate hersheys, chocolate mint, matcha zuki as well as strawberry.

Rainbow Cake

Featuring a simple menu, Knots Cafe offers their cakes at a reasonable price of $8.90 when you pair it with your choice of coffee. The Rainbow Cake available in store was done to a delectable degree of moist and at the same time, the buttercream wasn’t too thick.
