These Instagram-worthy cakes are the fluffiest cakes in Singapore!

You’ve no idea how much you are missing out on if you’ve never tried the famous Angel Cakes and 26 Thousand Layers Egg Tarts from Baker’s Ville.

First founded in Johor Bahru in 2013, this famed confectionary store has a local branch located in Singapore’s Bugis Village. As beautiful as they are tasty, the desserts from Baker’s Ville are frequently found trending on Instagram — and it’s easy to see why.

Take a look at these four incredible desserts from Baker’s Ville!

Angel Cake

These cakes are so gorgeous, I could stare at pictures of them all day long. Created purely from egg whites, these sponge cakes are incredibly soft, moist and fluffy. And don’t worry about indulging in these delightful cakes — they are possibly the healthiest cakes that you can find in Singapore. Baked using all-natural ingredients, these cakes are also low in fats and sugar.

Baker’s Ville’s Angel Cakes are available in five favours: Original (lemon), Blueberry, Oreo, Sesame and Matcha Red Bean. The original lemon and blueberry cakes are priced at $9.90 per box, and the other flavours are at $10.90 per box. So not only are they beautiful, they are extremely affordable too!

26 Thousands Layers Tart

The star pastry of Baker’s Ville, this crumbly tart is the product of the perfect marriage between a 206-folds tart crust and 220 °C baking temperature. Available in three flavours (original, coffee and matcha red bean), these tarts are made with imported milk from France and the freshest kampong eggs that you can find! What’s more, no preservatives and colourings are used in these amazing tarts! These bite-sized tarts are priced at $5 for 3 pieces and $9 for 6, and are best taken while they are still piping hot.

Tokyo Egg Brûlée

Perfect for people with a sweet tooth, these innovative custard puddings were formulated with a secret recipe from Japan. Incredibly dense and milky, these eggs puddings are made from fresh kampung eggs, vanilla bean seeds from USA and imported creamy milk. They are sold as a box of four at $9.90 per box.

Ice-cream Puff

Their newest creation launched recently in September, Baker’s Ville’s ice-cream puffs are perfect for Singapore’s hot weather. Kind of like a twist to our iconic ice-cream sandwich, these ice-cream puffs are made up of a crispy handmade puff and a scoop of ice-cream in your chosen flavour — vanilla, chocolate or mint. Each ice-cream puff costs only $2.50!
