Visit Santa’s Workshop
Fulfill your childhood dreams this Christmas when you visit the Christmas Toyland Garden Trail at Gardens by the Bay, which will enchant both adults and children alike. Watch the delightful elves at work, and admire the unique German Christmas Pyramid standing at 11 metres tall – here you will also be treated to astounding by the nutcracker band and a quartet of beautiful dancing angels. Even the lights will dance for the visitors, as the iconic Supertrees come to life in the evenings for a spectacularly choreographed light and sound show (free admission!)!

Employ Your Photography Skills
You might notice that most malls, especially those at Singapore’s renowned Orchard road, are already all dressed up to welcome Santa. Rather than heading over to shop, most patrons are in fact all armed with their camera phones and DSLRs to capture the beauty of the Christmas decorations. You too, should not miss out on the carnival-like atmosphere along the road stretching from Tanglin Mall all the way to Plaza Singapura. Expect to indulge in a great sight of glittering lights and majestic Christmas trees – you might even spot some reindeers!

Skate and Skid in the Snow
You don’t have to fly elsewhere to see snow this season – just head down to the ice rink at Jcube and join in the Christmas Foam Party Countdown! How better to enjoy a white Christmas than to skate in the midst of snowfall!
Not a skater? You can still get your dose of fun riding that Christmas sleigh – or rather bumper cars – at the same ice rink on weekends. Or if you would rather just watch the professionals do their stunts, catch some Figure Skating and Spatial Light Shows when you visit Velocity @ Novena Square!

Enjoy a Hearty Christmas Feast
Be prepared to get that Santa Claus belly by feasting at some amazing Christmas Buffets – this is almost the best time of the year to head down to places like Goodwood Park Hotel, Raffles Hotel, or the Ritz Carlton, which would be serving an infinite assortment of Christmas delicacies – including everyone’s favourite turkey. Purse strings a little tight after splurging on Christmas gifts? You can still treat your loved ones to equally scrumptious meals at the F&B outlets we find in our neighbourhood malls, from Manhattan Fish Market with their lobster platters, to Han’s offering Turkey pasta, and not to forget the rich Christmas log cake you can get from Awfully Chocolate!

Not all of us are patient enough to wait for Santa’s arrival – so why not personally get down to checking off that wish list of yours (and get something for your loved ones while you’re at it )! ‘Tis the season to be generous, just like how all our favourite retail outlets are generously hosting promotions and offers for the festive period as well.
