I patronized Din Tai Fung for lunch with some of my friends. We had the famous Xiao Long Bao to share. I usually do not have the appetizer sections but my friend insisted that this pile of vegetables was awesome, and when it served it turned to be really good. This was a combination with different kinds of fresh vegetables. And I really loved this dish.
Din Tai Fung provides one of the best Xiao long Bao I have ever had in my life. Although The skin of the xiao long bao is pretty thin, it does not easily break. And the meat they use inside the xiao long bao is quite fresh and nice. The soup is really delicious.
Made a decision to give a try for the vegetarian delight for a starter. This item included a large range of vegetables in an unique vinegar sauce. Crispy and succulent vegetables, and they went perfectly along with the sauce.Quite a generous serving. Just around $2.80. Very worth a try!
Classic place for Chinese food. The service is cheerful and fast so the waiting time was minimal. xiao long bao here is my favourite with very thin skin but it does not break until you clip it with your chopsticks. and when it's broken, It has tons of juice in it. there is no soup in the zha jiang mian, tasted very chewy and sometimes it stick to your teeth. But I really like the food here.
