In my opinion, Boruto is a good place to chill out with friends if you want some quite peace and quiet from the crowd. My first dish was the photogenic plate of Saga Gyu Tataki. The Japanese beef was rightly seared with saffron and was bursting with flavors. My favourite was the Tori-Take Roll. It's a Chinese inspired dish of so crispy chicken stuffed generously with shitake jam and drizzled with Chinese dark sauce. Really being addictive and irresistibly yummy.
Carbs Knowing that diners might need carbs to complete the meal, with 3 recommended dish the staff introduces 6 dishes to the menu. The clean taste of the oyster has a quite subtle sweetness to it which is smooth for the palate.
This hidden treasure of Kansai discount. It would show the special Kansai items through six set dinner for around $98++. I personally felt it a pretty innovative stuff, juicy Mushroom "Pasta" along with fresh asparagus in the crunchy rice vermicilli nest. Never have I expected the experienced chef to combine the pasta with mushroom which gave the mushroom noodles much more chewy and aromas. Clever!
Had a look at this fabulous stuff served by Boruto, coated with very fresh avocado as well as one pretty nice performance of the tasty pulled pork. Picking a thick slice into my mouth was never satisfied, I simply wanted for much more.
We ordered the perfectly Seared Saga Beef here. Topped with saffron and garnish, each slice was a treat to the taste buds. However, what the dish that won me over here at Boruto was the Crispy Rice Cracker. Based with rice crackers and topped off with a good rendition of pulled pork, guacamole and chilli salsa. .
